I'm looking for a manga where the main character is dressed a a nerd but in fact is really beautiful 🙂

sister princess is all i can think of.... some nerd that looks desperate and weak and mad nerdy with top grades in school, he somehow fails the entrance exam by circling the answers in the wrong column.... turns out he has to go to an another school, where he meets a girl that saves him from drowning, after he starts liking her, he finds out shes his sister or something like that... and also finds out he has 12 sisters or something
well the main character does look pretty cool without his glasses
not sure if its to your taste considering its harem mixed with incest, but
thank god theres no scenes that would disturb you.. but kinda funny
and awkward...
