I mean like actual horns that stay on all the time. Why do I want to read it? I just realised I dont think I ever read anything where the actual MC had horns. Preferably something newer because I am not a fan of old-school manga style.

Not really interested in echi, harem stuff. Bonus points if the manga has romance though but that's not necessary.

You didn't say anything about shoujo/shounen though, so I'm recommending shoujo. The ML has horns the whole time

I know of that series but I was interested if there is a manga where the main character has them, not the secondary main lead or side characters, since in that case I did read a couple of those.

Oh wow I totally forgot I had Hozuki in my to read list. And yeah I do count anyone that isn't the character from who the story is told most of the time as the secondary leads/side characters.
