Ummm, I have a bunch to be honest, but it's usually tsundere personalities, but I cant help but think they are the cutest 😛 But my top 3 are:
Louise from Zero no Tsukaima (well, the anime version of her, but they released a new manga with the series with apparently better art, so maybe that one too! ) 😀
Shana from Shakugan no Shana (and just bought the 6th volume that was translated in english, so I am very happy 😀
And lastly, Aria fom Hidan no Aria!
So yeah, I know they do somewhat look alike, but I still think they're cute 😛
And since it's 'character', I'll throw in a guy and say Usui from Kaichou wa Maid-sama!

Well even if it's skewed, it's not by much. And if Hinagiku was brought to a normal size, she would still have a small chest.

Well even if it's skewed, it's not by much. And if Hinagiku was brought to a normal size, she would still have a small chest.
Yeah, there's a running gag on Hinagiku's complex about her small chest. About his proportions are skewed, just look at Athena will you? 😉
