Yes, I do, I bumped one just yesterday. I do it when I want to make a thread but it already exists, so I just post in the old one.

Depends what you mean by 'old' a day 2 days a week or greater. Usually I dont but I may if I have an opinion on the subject the thread is about.

I do that if I discover something of interest and many old threads are pretty cool...its like a lost fad or something...I am pretty sure most ppl click on new post and answer only those that appear. Logically going through that, once the number of people actively replying is more and any thread that hasnt been posted to say for one hour or so- that thread automatically fails to appear on the new posts. Pretty soon, besides the ones that replied to/seen the post, no one else knows its there...

I sometimes lurk on some parts of this forum..used to be I am looking for... and now its usually chatterbox 😀 ..I find that rather enlightening 😎

I don't do it, but I like seeing old threads revived.
It gives new members a chance to voice their opinions. Not to mention that many of them are interesting topics, or have many posts by past members -it's kind of like a memory log of MU.
