Can you drive?

If you can, how long have you been driving for? And have you done any stupid things while driving? xD
As for me, I've been driving for about 2 years. I still have yet to master a 2 lane highway. I've done a few stupid things while driving such as...
- driving in the dark without my lights on
- cutting someone off, I forgot to look before I changed lanes (done this only 2 times).
- I somehow got to a 3-4 lane highway, and I was scared to death. Dx Luckily I didn't have to go far nor did I have to change lanes.

I got my driving licence last March, but I don't have that much practice driving. My mum stole my car from me ._. And seriously - I was taught to use right side of the road, when I was younger and my parents thought it would be nice to show me how to drive, but now we're living in a country where you drive on the left side of the road... and I'm afraid I'd end up driving the wrong lane ^^'

Recently went to NY, came back to england and absentmindedly drove on the wrong side of the road >_<
Lucky it was empty.

I've been driving for 3 to 4 years now.
Kind of a cool story,
The first time I drove was when my dad told me to get in the car and drive...
Drove around for like 2 hours, pretty much everywhere except major highways, then got back...
I wasn't scared and thought it was a cool way to learn, although maybe a little irresponsible 🤣 . I think my dad was a bit scared though keke.
As for anything stupid,
One time, this guy was driving really slowly in front of me, so I decided to pass him and got on the lane to the right. Couldn't accelerate fast enough and drove up a curve... Oh, did I mention that I missed a merge sign? 😛

I've been driving for almost 22 years now. 😲
Haven't done anything too stupid, & never been in an accident more serious than a fender-bump. I did drive on the wrong side of the road once right after returning from studying abroad in England for three months, but the road was empty so no harm done~ 🤣
I don't really like driving, though. If I could get by without a car, I would, but where I live it would be REALLY difficult.

I've been driving for almost 7 years (illegaly for the first couple of years) 🤣
Um, worst trouble I got into was when I crashed my old car... long story, but it wasn't my fault T_T
Oh, and got a couple of speeding warnings, never got the actual tickets. But I got three parking violations in my universiy, 2 I didn't pay because I wrote an appeal.

I cannot.
Moscow is the last place on Earth I'd like to start my driving experience at. Nice European roads and strict traffic regulations seem to be more attractive.

Got my license last October, so been driving myself to uni for a few months now. Stupid things I've done so far:
-
I noticed I still had the handbrake up just when the light turned green, so I drove looking down (to pull it down) and accidentally drove into a junction... on the wrong side of the road. Luckily it was empty, and I was more embarrassed than afraid of crashing into someone.
-
Forgetting the handbrake countless times.
-
Taking 2 spaces in a parking area because I'm short and suck at parking. I have to stand up just to see the back. >.>
Hmm, I'm not afraid of highways, I feel free being able to drive fast legally~!
Gediminas, I have a feeling I'd feel much at home in Moscow if that's the case... almost everyone here drives too fast, cuts you off or even drives between the cars, as if they have ambulance privileges. I hope I don't turn into one of them... although the mistakes I mentioned seem to point I am becoming one of them >.>
In conclusion, I am destined to die on the road. My post is a bit long isn't it...

I've had my license for about a year and half now, but I don't drive that often. Where I live it’s not uncommon to see cars going over 70 (mph) in a 30, and too many cops let them off because "boys will be boys". I’ve never gotten a ticket, crashed (yet) or even so much as nailed a deer, but I do have a funny driving story.
My friend and I were driving up to his gal's house and were on 400 (a highway near my house) when we were passed by a truck. I am aware of how common this is, but we happen to have been doing around 85 because we should have been there 30 minutes before, so he must have been pushing 95-100. I eased up to give him room because he was dodging around cars like a maniac and reached the speed limit right as we passed a speed trap. He had 3 cars pull out to pull him over... and it was great.

Yes, since I was 16... people on the bus are stinky, crazy, and normally can't drive a car like normal people can for a reason if there over 30+ (this is for the US only). O_O I'm sure public transport is much better anywhere else... well except maybe China where fake taxi drivers will wait outside the airport to kidnap you 🤢

had my license for a year now but started driving just three or four months ago...crashed three times 😲 because I'm still no good at the timing of letting go of the clutch when stepping on the gas after a full stop 😛 🤣 and there's:
-I don't wear my glasses while driving
-I don't use the side and rear view mirrors
-I seldom use signal lights
-I brake at the very last second 🤢
-I floor it whenever I can 🤣
and those are the reasons why my friends beg me not to drive MY car when we're going out 🤣
