Cold temptation?

Since I came down with a cold, I thought about making this poll, sharring my suffering with everybody. 🤣
I really like cold drinks. Like cold milk, cold.. whatever.
Now that I'm sick, I can't drink the cold goodness and it really annoys me.
What about you?
Do you go through the same when sick?

Yeah.
I was sick with a cold last Winter.
I was in the mall's foodcourt with friends.
They were stuffing themselves with Banana Splits, those losers.
I resisted.
What a challenge.

I feel like throwing up even if I think of food or drinks, much less cold drinks.
Tea is the only thing I can stand in those horrid times. ._.

Yes. Who cares if I'm sick. I'm usually sick for a day anyways, and I hardly ever get sick. Last time I was sick was about two months ago, and that was after a two year period of healthiness 😎 I have to have cold drinks, it's just something I can't live without.

....yes I feel like that alot everytime i have a cold~ but thats probably because i hate hot drinks in general~

Cold drinks are bad when we're sick? O_O Didn't know that...
Last time I got sick was 3 years ago, so I don't really remember.

Not really.... it's mostly hot soup and warm stout for me at times like those.

If it's a cold, drinking cold drinks will worsen it...

Is that true? I thought fluids in general are good, especially things like juices.

I prefer room-temperature water bottles. You can chug them, and not get brain freeze. It's useful for quenching the thirst, and you don't have to worry about water purification, etc. I drink many water bottles every day, regardless of whether I'm sick or not. I've never had the urge to drink many cold things .. unless it was a milkshake or something that just isn't the same not cold.
