I chose Rukia since she would actually serve a purpose for once and that leaves Orihime free to be with Tatsuki; she needs love too and is very attached to Orihime (and yes I support honest yuri feelings 😀 ).

i like rukia but she just seems to be too much of one of the guys. Not exactly the one to get romantically involved at this point.

I think it would be better if she ended up with Chizuru. That way Chizuru won't have to get jealous of Tatsuki and Tatsuki probably won't care so everyone's happy.
