I've been trying for years to make March 19th a national holiday. Unfortunately, the federal government does not see my birthday as an appropriate reason to close banks on a weekday.
And Columbus day is?! What the hell! 🤣

My math teachers would get together and I think they hired out some people to sing one of the Backstreet Boys' songs with math lyrics replacing the the original lyrics. Like "Tell Me Why" was "Tell Me Pi" and was about how pi caused a person extra grief from computing it. And I think like all the teachers would be in this Backstreet Boys photo with their photos pasted over each guy's head. The song would even be played at 1:59pm (3.14 and then 159 follows) and I think I was even having math when it was played for at least one year. No celebrations the year when there was a teacher's strike though. 🙁
There was also tossing whipping cream pies at math teachers for a dollar and the money went to charity, I think.
Oh man, remembering the fun of the moments, I wish I could have had a digital camera back then record some of the scenes because it probably would have been better than what went into the year book (which I didn't end up buying...but oh well. Well it was probably $30 so that seemed steep). 😳

My Birthday should be a national holiday, cause I'm so great. Lol, JP!
I think that all three major religions in America (Christians, Muslims, Jews) be acknowledged with at least two days. We get Christmas and Good Friday (easter),
Jews should Yom Kippur and something else. and muslims should have two as well, I just don't know any muslim holidays.

It was huge an asian day at my school dont no who made it up n there arnt many asians in my school either
i want an national sun day..yes we should apreicate the sun by not going to school or work and playing outside...in the sun..all day
