I am itching for new manga lately and I really want to read something about a crossdressing girl, but without the stupid cliche where a guy finds out her secret and they fall in love, blah blah blah >:-(
I mean, a little romance is fine but too much is too much. The only manga I found similar was Oresama Teacher.

Chang Ge Xing - The heroine cross-dresses for most of the early parts of the manga. The romance is rather light and understated. Historical, set in Tang dynasty China.

Umi no Cradle - There's a possible romance, but one volume from the end nothing has happened yet. Historical, set in 19th century Europe.

Joan - I don't remember any romance in this one. It's about Joan of Arc and her reincarnation.
