Beast Master is a good one but it doesnt focus on combat as much as you'd likely want.

2nd The Legend of the Legendary Heroes dude has a rage mode like no other.... basically becomes a god.... very very angry one.(may want to choose the anime instead of manga due to scanalation status)

Hellsing not sure if this counts as a berserk ability... more of reverting to his true nature

Holy Land... not sure if i'd say it goes as far as an ability, but if you push this kid to the edge he goes absolutely insane o.o

Shingetsutan Tsukihime don't know if it counts as berserk since he doesnt scream or anything... he just loses consciousness and calmly executes 88% of every living(/undead) thing in a 10 block radius 😐

Rosario to Vampire it doesnt appear till near the end of the 1st series, but is rather constant in the rest of it(tho he starts gaining better control)

The Breaker already had a pretty unstable lead that was a little off psychologically and a teacher that has a huge berserker ability, and by The Breaker: New Waves he gains access to it.

holyland and beast master both involve standard unsupernatural humans... but they go into a complete berserker mode.... the latter would probably rip your throat out with his teeth if he didnt have the chick there to stop him, while the former would just beat you to death.

The Legend of Maian has a somewhat similar to berserk ability i guess, but later on gets a real one 🙂
