Anime you wish were remade

I kind of wish it was possible to undo FMA: Brotherhood.
Well, I hear they're remaking Berserk, and I'm psyched about that. I think it would also be cool to have an all-new version of Dragon Ball, with better voice acting, animation, and no filler. Also Yu Yu Hakusho. I'd love to see them make a new anime that improves on the manga and first anime's ending, along with exploring more of the darker elements of the series.
But honestly, I think that all animes should wait to be made until after the manga is finished. That way any divergences would be out of stylistic choice, rather than out of necessity. I think if they did it that way we could see more unique visions in anime, rather than just a shot-for-shot adaptation of the manga with a bunch of filler added in between. I personally loved the way the first FMA took liberty with the source material, while still staying true to it. It worked great as an anime, and the manga worked great as a manga, so I really don't see the point in making an entirely new anime series just to copy the events over from the manga, when you already have a perfectly good anime that doesn't need improvement.

Rosario + Vampire. I watched the anime first, then read the manga, and man, the manga is so much better. The anime was mess of panty shots and... crap. Yeah, the manga has ecchi in it, but not that much!

Skip Beat: Probably because, I don't know, it didn't feel the same way as the manga did. Also, the last episode just did not sit with me right. 😐
Kaibutsu Oujo: Definitely because they changed the theme of the series in the animation which did not do it justice.
