Any stories where the female lead is a playgirl/slut, but falls for the male lead. Preferably someone she wouldn't have been with before like a nerdy guy. They fall in love, but her past causes problems. They stay together in the end though. I've seen a bunch of ones that are reversed (playboy becoming monogamous for girl). It would be nice to see it this way.

3D Kanojo ? I am pretty sure those were just rumors of the main girl in reality it was the opposite but has done stff publically that cause misunderstandings.

It doesn't completely fit but Yandere Kanojo is close. Instead of being a slut the female lead is a delinquent/gang leader. It is a comedy though so if you're looking for something serious this is not it. The male lead is sufficiently nerdy.
