No idea, I reckon anything that needs over the top CG to make it work won't be as good as the anime/manga. Although Ghost in the Shell live action movie sounds good...

Why isn't there a none of the above button here? I just don't think a manga with alot of fighting/action will translate well to live action so I guess Love Hina wins by default. Harems don't really work that well in live action though, and it'd be hard to make a decent movie/show out of it since most of the jokes are the same and the plot is very thin.

Edit: Fruits Basket might not have much action either, but I dropped the series after the first chapter so I don't know enough about it to say yes or no.
