Hey everyone, and happy thanksgiving!
Well, getting to the point, I'm looking for a Comedy, Romance manga with a sorta introverted, awkward male lead who is incredibly shy. He doesn't necessarily have social issues caused by an outside source, but keeps more to himself and just doesn't know how to handle people too well (girls especially). Blushing is a necessity! ;D I'd prefer if the manga is shoujo, but anything is fine as long as it mainly deals with romance!

Uh, Keppeki Shounen Kanzen Soubi the boy has quite a few problems, one of which includes his social awkwardness. It's a fun read.

If you'd care to look at some that are just blushing, not necessarily shyness or awkwardness, then:
Kimi ni Todoke has a popular main lead, who still gets embarrassed and blush-y around his crush. The girl is the shy one, though.
Dear Mine is farthest from all these; basically, the only reason I mention it is because some of his expressions (like shy and embarrassed) are the cutest ever. Maybe you could draw a parallel that he doesn't know how to handle people too well because he's a child? (The age gap is not creepy, by the way. If you were worried.) 🙂
