I haven't read all that much manga so far, right now I'd say Galett Fey Sowauge from Shina Dark all the way when it comes to characters I've only seen in manga, she's amazingly hot.

Kallen is my current favorite as well. Still love Rangiku, Yoruichi, and Orihime from Bleach though. Actually I'm pretty much drawn to any well-endowed female anime/manga character. The largest usually end up being my favorite character (though there are exceptions; I like Yoruichi more than Rangiku).
