Ghost Hunt both anime and manga. Deadman Wonderland manga have a fair amount of blood and betrayal and so too Alive and finally the bloodiest of 'em all Hellsing. Check out both the anime and manga but i recommend the manga more cuz the anime if i remember correctly are a bit disappointing, cuz if not, i would surely remmember it 😎

Bio-Meat: Nectar There is a little bit of betrayal, but its low grade. Lots o' Blood though.

Dragon Head Well.. there is SOME blood. There is a lot of betrayal in this one.

..... You know, I can't think of any other ones that I've read and haven't been mentioned with both betrayal and blood....
Probably because I don't look for betrayal. However, if you want plain ol' blood without the betrayal, send me a PM.
