It's been awhile. Which is sad because I would usually read 2 - 3 books a week. But being a new mom there's really no time for anything anymore. I barely get 5 minutes to myself a day. By the time he's sleeping, you think, great I get a little time for myself. Wrong. By that time, you're exhausted and just want to sleep. I'm hoping that once he's older I'll gain the chance to read a book or two once in awhile.

Today. I'm currently reading Annapurna by Maurice Herzog. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in mountaineering.

My reading is a bit cyclical. I can go 4-6 months without reading any books at all and then I binge a whole series or something.

Right now, I'm nearing the end part of my current low perioid, having last read a book 3 months ago. Will be reading at least 3 in the next month or so.

Last night. I'm in reading-mood right now, like Baalzebup said.

Right now I'm reading Looking for Alaska (young adult book I saw on my shelf and decided to give it a try before it is late and I lose all of my interest in this type of story) and Lolita (a hard book to read in just one sit, it kinda bothers me). Also, four books for college: Community: Seeking Safety in an Insecure World, Introdução à Economia (a book about Economy by a brazilian professor), The Image and Appearance of the Human Body and The Question of Cultural Identity.

I finished four or five last week. Three hardly count; re-reading a trilogy written in the 1960's that I just found my copies of - science fiction dreck, the Anthony Villiers series. Fun, but valueless.

Most of the good books I read are hand-me-down from my college-age daugnter.

The last time I sat down and read a book was last night. It's a wonderful book called "All the Light We Cannot See" by Anthony Doerr.

Just last week. Cheryl Biggs' Yesterday's Passion. It's a time travel kind of romance.
I normally read at least a book in two days but I've been so busy lately that I just don't have the time.

Right now, actually. I'm in a reading mood, as it seems. I hate to leave series unfinished, so I try to get the books and read them in a row xD
I've been reading the "Age of the Five" trilogy, by Trudi Canavan. I'm now in the third book, "Voice of the Gods". So far, so good.

If a textbook counts, then the last time I read a book was today. 😃

But if we're talking about books for leisure reading and for pure enjoyment, probably three months ago, when I read a fairly interesting book about four friends who bond over knitting. It was pretty cool since you don't read a lot of books with knitting as one of the main focuses. 🙂

Earlier this week. I don't read as many books as I used to since discovering fanfiction a few years ago. 😀 I read a shameful ammount of the stuff. Manga hasn't affected my reading habbits much.

Saturday, I guess.

Right now I'm reading Pretties by Scott Westerfeld, from the Uglies series. 2 of 5 stars to this one, I'm almost dropping it. Also, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, I only watched that old VHS movie and it used to be my favorite. I'm reading some poems by Manuel Bandeira sometimes, a Brazilian poet.

I'm going to start The Universe in a Nutshell by Stephen Hawking and The Story of Art by Ernst Gombrich. (:

Not counting Light Novels, Web Novels and some chinese stuff... (textbooks obviously as well)

A few years ago? Don't even remember. Maybe the last part of Eragon.

Counting the ones mentioned above, I'm actually reading quite a lot, particularly enjoying:

Douluo Dalu (Novel)
Overlord (Novel)
Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari (Novel) (not that great atm, but I hope it will get better again)
