_> I honestly thought they were different things. I first saw "catsup" on a bottle of "banana catsup" and since it didn't remind me of ketchup, I thought they were different. Overall "ketchup" is the term I use.

Ketchup of course! Catsup is just stupid sounding. You never see "catsup" written on a bottle of ketchup so why would anyone find it kosher to pronounce it as "catsup"?

Hunt's used the "catsup" spelling on their bottles, and may still (I'm not sure since I don't buy it) as well as a few lesser known brands.

Ketchup. Even if the bottle says catsup on the bottle, its still ketchup. My spellchecker doesn't even recognize the word.

"Catsup"?? Like Cat-'Sup? 😕 I have never heard that in my life.
Or "catchup"? I've heard that before, but I say the a like the e in feather.
Catsup tastes like cat piss. Go with ketchup, which tastes like fine-roasted pokemon.
