Light from Death note though is my fav social villian I don't consider him evil tbh. If we're talking pure evil I would say Tykki Mikk from D.Gray-man, he's just so cool, handsome and sadistic! I also love Ayanami from 07 Ghost, he's so great I'm almost rooting for him to win, lol.

The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.
