i only watched one dubbed anime...it was Texhnolyze and i downloaded it not knowing it was a dub...

i don't even know weather it was bad or not, but it was weird so i dropped it after 4 episodes (too lazy to find one that wasn't dubbed)...

As for 4kids, I thought they did a decent, well decent for them, job on Shaman King. With an exception of Ren and Hao, everything else was okay.

One of the DBZ dubs was really bad, I was watching the Trunks movie and when Gohan dies Trunks says something like "oh darn" and i just couldn't stop laughing.

Saiyuki Reload T^T the show was so good with Saiyuki, and then THEY CHANGED the voices...oh woe~
and....Ouran....I watched the first eps on funimation.com...and....my ears started to throb!! They changed the best lines, and Hikaru and Kaoru sound nothing alike, it's disappointing. and...EDWARD ELRIC has NOTHING to do with Ouran...NOTHING...

Then you prolly didn't see the sub and also read the manga.
The dub also changed a huge part of the story, but well, SK was what got me into anime&manga so I can't complain that much.
Still doesn't change the fact that they butchered like one third of the storyline and half of the names.

4kids scarred me so much, I can't watch dubs now. I just can't ._.

It must be Kannazuki no Miko. I don't like that anime, only heard the dubbed version by accident. Th cutesy voices in English are the worst thing I've ever heard (it's not that the Japanese ones are good though).

Basically I've only watched dubed anime in hebrew (well, if they decide to broadcast an anime, I might've as well checked it out~)...
So I don't know.
Every english dub I hear makes my ear bleed all the same though... Watched a dubed episode of chobits once and wanted to die after.
I can't stand dubs... Those squicky voices that don't go with anything...

4Kids DEFINITELY!!!!! But Naruto is pretty bad too. I was talking to my friend one time. He heard Sakura's voice through the phone and thought it was Foamy or something. o.O 🤣
