We all think of what we see and perceive with our senses as real but how can we be so sure if you look at people with mental iusses some of them see things and even produce injures ( not self inflected) from what they claim they saw so taking that to mind it seems to me anyway that reality is more a fact of the brain than of matter. Another thing to consider is that if you where closed off in a room with no light and none of your senses could pick anything up how would you know that the world exists outside of the door and take movies like the The 13th Floor (a much better example) we have no proof that we are simply a simulation. For my final bit of enlistment take things like memory or the world wide web we know they are real because we can interact with them but yet you can't pick up the web and a doctors never been doing a brain surgery and said hey I found his memory.

To be honest I think we do exist simply because its impossible to know that we don't or even to know that an item is real.

So whats your take on this...

Well, I voted 'don't need to know' partly because there are times where I feel like I'm living in my own world and just forget about the daily hassles IRL.

I usually do that everytime I'm on the internet or literally do nothing in my room. And since I'm living on my own.. I do feel like I'm just a small existence in the society where I am living in..

but yea..at the same time, I also feel like I should face the reality..you know, Eat..coping with horrible deadlines...trying to avoid Procrastination.....brushing teeth.. lol. 🙄

For me real is proven and can be touched.

Mental patients do not understand that the things they see are not real...
Other people don't see those things...

The brain gives us a picture, we all basically see the same, even if we might choose to understand things in different ways...

It all makes no sense. Whether or not we are "real" doesn't matter.
We just live. Who cares.

Y'know, it makes me think of our Internet life and RL. There's like two different definitions between those two words.

I personally believe that people do live IRL..doing real things but in the internet, people simply become moar open and sometimes become so attached to the virtual reality.. xD

Me I'm six-two with long brown hair and an overly imaginative brain and green eyes I walk around all day make bombs and hack people.
