Don't worry you making sense, but I guess It's like God, you don't know if He exist or not, but you believe in his existences or don't believe.

i honestly don't know if the world is a reality.if it is, then it's one mean b*tch..

but, even when i can't sense, or perceive anything from all my sense, there's one thing i always do.. think, talk to myself inside my head. and when that happens, i know i'm still real and no a simulation.

Anyway this "I think, therefore I am" is the best answer you can give to this question.

In the end it really does not matter to me whether the reality we live in is real or not.

How would things change if you yourself were the only thing that existed, and everything else a result of your delusion?

Nothing at all will change.Your life will continue as it has every other day.

How really will this realization that you exist or do not exist matter in the end? What can you do about it?

It won't matter, and there is nothing you can do about it.

This is my take on the thought of existence, don't bother trying to figure existence out, just continue living your life the way it has always been.
