Actually, I once opened a topic asking for manga's that have one sided romances without a happy ending. It turned out not very much people know manga's like that. The punchline is, a hate-love relationship is typically shoujo, and happy ends are a must for shoujo's. Therefore; the shoujo's that are about a girl in love with a boy which hates the girl... Well, of course they are gonna end up together, otherwise the manga wouldn't sell.
In that aspect maybe also Hana Kimi?

Yes Hana Yori Dango, but it isn't exactly a genre is it? Maybe that's the reason that HYD was such a good read 🙂

No, I'm sure there are quite a lot with a similar premise. Memories are hazy but Sekai de Ichiban Daikirai, Asa mo, Hiru mo, Yoru mo... I'm sure there are numerous smut manga of this type.
