Girl MC that doesn't get into a relationship

Any girl mc that stays single throughout the manga? Like, people are interested in her but she doesn't pursue a relationship. Maybe a little romantic scenes here and there, but doesn't go anywhere. A lighthearted manga would be preferable. Thanks!

These might be close..... Gunjou (KIRIHARA Idumi), Kaibutsu Oujo, Ketchup Ninja, Kitsune no Akuma to Kuroi Madousho, Teppu and The Friendly Winter
Yeah, I tried to keep it "light hearted" but, well, I like drama so I wouldn't have had anything to recommend then, so these aren't entirely that way 😀
Good luck finding something 🙂

A while ago I made a thread asking for something similar. I got a lot of good recs, so perhaps you can also find something you like there.

LIFE - The main plot is about intense bullying and depression. The main guy basically says he likes her at the end, but she doesn't hear him. I'm sure if it had kept going, they would have gotten together, but it seems like it implied she likes him as well.

Thank you for the suggestions! I really liked Gunjou (KIRIHARA Idumi), the characters are endearing~ But, can I request a slice of life manga?~ 😀

Hello!
It seems to be actually hard to come by with this kind of manga actually, but there's definetly a lot in the thread calstine mentioned!
I checked it and I think these ones aren't listed there:
Annarasumanara: This one isn't really light hearted, since there's a lot of drama, but the female lead is what you are looking for. And It's a beautiful story.
I know it says romance but even if I read it years ago, I know that the female lead wasn't the one involved in it. There's some hints of romance, but as you requested, it doens't really go anywhere, at least within what happens in the manga.
Seirei no Moribito: This one isn't slice of life either, but the female lead isn't into relationships. I thought I'd rather mention it.
Ties of Compassion: Well, this one is the reason I actually decided to post, since I think it is what you are looking for. It's slice of life, light hearted, the female lead doesn't think about love and such... except maybe for (and I put it in spoiler tags, because you don't really have to know this, and maybe you want to see for yourself...)
just in a small part, but I think it goes according to what you want, since it doesn't lead absolutely to nowhere, except for some kind of advancement in her way of facing herself, life, and such.
But well, this manga is a bit strange. For me, it started off as really boring, but I had been wanting to read it for several reasons for a long time, so I just took my time doing it, and now it's one of my favorites. It portrays daily life in an... unexpected and original way. I think it shows deep insight into several things we can come up with in life, whether we are teenagers, adults, or are just lost and tired. I really like it 🙂

Hmm, Ties of Compassion appears to fit what I'm looking for but it has a really slow start. I will check it out, though! 😃 And Annarasumanara seems cool! Thank you for the suggestions!
