i have a feeling most of the recs in that thread are yaoi,so if i find any manga that isn't yaoi/yuri that has neko boys in it,i'll edit.

Kamisama Hajimemashita's Tomoe has "cat ears," although he's technically a fox spirit. His personality is pretty catty, so maybe he should count.
