I'm looking for stories where the non-dominant character runs away and disappears, preferably due to a misunderstanding because no one made clear they loved each other.

Examples are:

Gochisousama - is one that comes to mind

Honenuki ni Saretai - the uke is about to leave because he misunderstands, but he is stopped
