Okay so from what I remember it was a yaoi about a cute uke having to take in three kids, A highschool (maybe senior), a younger highschooler and a elementary boy due to some reason I can't remember. Over the course of living together the Uke falls for the highschool senior and they get together.
The only other clue I have is this picture that has the characters on the story in it but in a chibi format, I think it was an ending drawing from the mangaka.
