the hades and persephone myth is my favorite Greek myth, are there any manga that have a hades and persephone relationship in it...like the guy is supernatural and wants the girl to become his wife and live in his world
-some examples of manga that I have already read like this are:

I think the tag Unorthodox Male Love Interest may help you. If I remember right they may not all be gods, but they are all some sort of supernatural/not exactly human.

That's amazing... but it doesn't follow the story correctly.
I'm kinda disappointed... but the graphics are pure yummy.

Arguably, Kamisama Hajimemashita is a variation of the Hades-Persephone relationship, although the male lead wants her to be his "master," not his wife - at least, to start off with!

A manga that I think really fits your description is
Collete wa shinu koto ni shita (collete has already died)
The male protagonist is the god of the underworld and the main girl is a doctor and although she isn’t Persephone their relationship is very sweet and I love the drawing style! You also get to see representations of a lot of other Greek gods too!
