Here are some yaoi mangas that stay in my heart.
Some of the artwork may not be the best, but I love my dose of 1990's yaoi.

Complex - The cutest manga ever. (LOL, i recommend this series too much.) 1996 art, but the story is so good! ^w^

Totally Captivated
Kusatta Kyoushi no Houteishiki - a long and comedic series.
Shinkuu Yuusetsu - Very cute series. But not one of my top faves. Still, recommended though!

Do you want cute stories only? These have good plots, but they are not cute. More like, deep?
Negai Kanae Tamae
1999 Shanghai - may be a bit confusing at times, and the chinese names are sometimes so hard to remember, but it's a beautiful story. You should try her other works as well. <3

Haito Diamond
Yatteraneeze!

Also, In my opinion, all of MISHIMA Kazuhiko's works are very cute! 🙂 Try all of her series! 😀 (but they are usually 1 volume.)

If shounen-ai is okay, I recommend Koori no Mamono no Monogatari. It's adorable. ^^; The art's a bit rough at first, but it gets very nice a few volumes in, and it's long - 24 volumes plus a Gaiden, to be exact, though it's only scanlated about halfway.
