Im 17 and started playing WoW when I was 16. for a few months I was addicted but im always like that with really good games.
omg haha that kid does need to grow up, I mean he is obviously addicted. Damn if I ever acted like that I would feel so stupid. My brother who was 22 played the game with me and he got totally hooked and when I stopped paying for it he threw a tantrum that made that kids fit look like nothing...sad 😔

As a WoW player...I don't even find that funny -_-
It was obviously staged. Now you can tell me otherwise, but that's usually the point of staging something - to make it look/sound real.
There were some odd things that happened to know that it might not be real.

No one told him to STFU, seriously, he was going on for how long? and whining at that. Usually, you'd get screamed at to shut the eff up or they kick you out for being annoying. Those guys at the end sounded real. People get shocked, it's true, but there will always be some short-fused guy who will scream out for you to stfu.

Parents didn't mention anything about the monthly payment. I understand that some people use their own money (like I do) and not tell their parents about it, but I dont think a kid that young (and I'm assuming he's around 13-15) would have the kind of money for subscription....unless he steals...or he's freakin rich >_>

Haha if you think that's crazy, check This guy out. He takes WoW pretty seriously. There's alot more to it, and there are other ones too, but I can't remember where the audio clips are. Apparently it's not staged. I played WoW (alot... and I mean alot), but I never went psycho... it is just a game after all... for fun.

Well that's not necessarily true. I used Ventrilo, and anyone with moderator powers could mute/unmute anyone. So they would sometimes pull pranks on one another by putting them on global speak so that everyone could hear their private conversation, and they wouldn't be able to hear any responses b/c they were in a diff room. So a mod could go into a seperate room, global speak someone, and record it without any interruptions.
When I was growing up my parent's gave me a weekly allowance. Was enough to cover WoW for a month.
You don't have to. It is an option to, but you can also choose to have the mic open at all times.

Were you in the guild in any way whatsoever? Not everything on the internet is real.
and hey, how 'bout this, There is a guild on WoW that's for catholic players only! An alliance guild and it doesn't accept any race except humans and gnomes, and being a warlock is banned too as it is a practice of demonic beliefs. They have a website, complete with articles, rules, sermons and everything!...but it's not real 😔
The "more dots" sound clip was indeed of a man who was tired of Ony wipes and it's actually sorta a tutorial for it, but no, I seriously doubt someone actually recorded it (funny how they're always perfectly recorded from the start huh? 🙂 ) before a raid boss encounter. It's more of a rant after a wipe rather that during the game.
And yes, I don't believe the "crazy German kid" is real too. Sure, it's all funny and stuff. But how convenient was it for there was a video camera there? 🙂 I mean....it's like the Truman show or something! There are cameras everywhere! I do acknowledge that it might've been a hidden camera planted by his concerned parents...but no. Who would actually buy a hidden camera instead of sending their kid to get help? -_-"

Alright I will admit I made a faulty assumption when I decided for myself that the material was real. You are right, I can not possibly prove the clip is real, but at the same time it can not be proven that it is fake. Can we agree that neither one of us knows for sure? Given that it is something posted on the internet, it is not possible to prove its validity without direct involvement. I did not mean to offend you. If I did, I apologize.

It just sorta irritates me how people like to laugh at situations like that. Sometimes, in the heat of a raid/pvp, you get fired up. and why is it always WoW? I've seen way more CS psychos out there >_>
