Kids gotta grow up.

Here's an audio clip of a 'grown up' WoW player (apparently, he sounds 13) who gets in an argument with his parents over playing the game. It's a hilarious audio clip that teaches you to turn off your mic if you're gonna say anything embarrassing. 😀

Wow... it doesn't sound faked... it just sounds too real. I'm glad WoW didn't come out when I was 13, I'd probably be addicted, too xD

...um...is it only me or does he seem faking the first time he cryed? XD also he seems kinda girly for a boy... 🤣
That is scary... I was somewhat addicted to gaming, but now it is more like to computers. How can anyone be that much of an addict? o.o

I see more and more of that lately. They act like whiny screwballs in high school.
Hahahahahaha! The end was HILARIOUS xD "Jose." "Yeah man?" "That is some of the weirdest shit I've ever heard in my life." "Yeah it was." XD That was so funny

"It's not the computer game that's separating this family it's what you're reacting to it..." I know this is just horrible, but I was in tears at this point. His family is having issues because of the game and yet he wants to continue playing. Hilarious!
when I was still playing WoW most of my guildmates are matured and have a job, perhaps because I played in europeans server?
I think wow has a feature, which can be used by the parents to set playing time, so that the account can only be accessed in specific time.
well anyway I believe it's better to be addicted to game rather than drugs.
I played some game pretty hardcore in few years ago (100h/week XD damn korean grindfest game), but in my case I wasn't really addicted I was enslaved by my own ambition, heck even at some point I dont really want to play that game anymore, everyday looking at top high lv rank list just to see if my rank has gone down or up, glad I got over it, and quit the game.
compared to that WoW is much casual friendly, 2h a day having fun, lving is so easy, there's a lv limit which also very easy to reach, once your reach limit you can raid instance or pvp which also dont require so much time

Sheesh i always hear that nowdays. But then again WoW has ruined some relationships. I know this one site that is strictly for WoW haters. It's very interesting. As for my personal experience, WoW hasn't really ruined my life, even though I was addicted too it when I started, but I stopped playing because I couldn't pay anymore. Lol

Doesn't turning off the mic apply to anything turning off any recording device? 😉 I wonder if he decided to distribute it himself. xD

Well that's almost a no-brainer... Game addictions shouldn't kill a person unless the person is crazy enough to kill him or herself over it. i.e. EverQuest, or I also heard one person call it EverCrack. But really, spending 24/7 (or close enough to it minus maybe the bare minimum for sleep) and blowing off everything else--family, friends, long time girlfriend (plus an real physical intimacy that was allowed...)--to play a game might not have an physical repercussions, but the person's mental health might be like being on drugs?
Do you think some addicted players are just SO addicted that even if the house is on fire or flooding, and someone tells the person to evacuate, she or he would yell, "I'M NOT LEAVING!" even with his or her neck up in water, or that there is black smoke surrounding him or her? ... 😲

I was more addicted to games in general, the closest I ever got to that was runescape never got the arguement from my parents though :/ maybe because I was cycling through games like once a month after runescape but still..."its not the game thats seperating this family its how your reacting to it..." that has got to be the worse argument that one could make in that situation.....
I never got what was so good about WOW in that people were going to get that addicted to the game
Runescape makes my eyes bleed so much! 🤣
It is just terrible, but WoW is not really worth to play full time...
I mean, it is just a lame rip-off of Warcraft.

I hated Runescape when my brother played it.
The most addicted I got was to Tales of Symphonia, which was good. I beat it in a month on top of midterms, regionals, general school work, and tons of activities... Yay for cutting back on sleep...
