I didn't even realize. It was better than usual, actually.
So much for a bad day, eh?

I don't believe in the superstitions, or any bad luck myths for that matter. I walk under every ladder I can and I've broken more than one mirror. 🤣 I didn't even realize that I missed the day completely until yesterday.

I'm a bit superstitious myself even though I know that it's all make believe. I almost died on Friday the 13th when I was a kid, so I'm always wary of that day. (Even though there's no reason for it.)
Friday the 13th is seen as a bad day in the west because of Christian mythology (Friday is the day the Jesus supposedly died and the 13th apostle was Judas, a traiter.)
As for black cats at one point they were thought of as witch's familiars, so basically devils. (The 13 of thirteen years of bad luck if one crosses your path comes from Judas again)
Crossing under a latter was seen as breaking the Holy Trinity (you know, the Trinity is represented by a triangle, if you walk through it your breaking it.)
I don't know why breaking glass is supposed to bring you bad luck though ...
