HI can anyone suggest a romance manga with the girl having a heart disease or any illness? i doesn't have to be serious. A little comedy would be nice

I read Sennen no Yuki and I really liked it. ^^

Quote from Geese1

Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora

I second this one, the anime is even better.

There is ill girl category:

(not mentioned in it there is also Shi ni Itaru Yamai, which is quite tragic, and not really comedic).

If you consider Dissociative Identity Disorder an "any illness" than Mahoraba is absolutely a must since the comedy is very nice.

Heaven's Door (HONGOU Ranko). It's short, but I really enjoyed the story.

Millennium Snow 千年の雪 Sennen no Yuki by Bisco Hatori. Just started re-serializing after a 10 year hiatus.

I'm not sure if its heart disease that the girl has, but she's ill (or she will be). It's romance. It's Mucha Kucha Daisuki.
