I know that the girl followed the guy, and that she saw him in the bend of a street or an alleythere. He wasn't like he is like when he is with her: it's like a different person. And the guy found out that she find out...
If I remember correctly, I think they are childhood friends, or maybe they are neighbors...
And he is in love with her, but she doesn't know...

Could it be Sukitte Ii Na Yo?
Around the beginning of the story he kisses her in a random looking alleyway place and she got upset he seemed to be doing it so casually.
