I feel based on storylines it looks like Naruto is (finally) wounding down to grand finale.
Does it look like that to you?
I mean most of major sub-plotlines been revealed - Naruto's parentage, Itachi's innocence, Madara's secret involvement with everything - 9-Tail attack, Uchiha's clan decimation, Akatsuki formation. Final antagonists been revealed, most (if not all 8) Tail beasts been captured/destroyed by Akatsuki.
It looks to me that final battle is coming up - I mean once all other Akatsuki members are finished before Sasuke and Madara, right?
Unless Kishimoto reveals something else and Orochimaru might revive one more time before final battle to prolong the story... and obviously Kishimoto likes to prolong his battles - so it will take a while just to get thru all battles - like 2-3 volumes per battle...

Were there any official/unofficial annoucements/comments by Kishimoto at all regarding Naruto's end? 😉

Who knows. It does look that way, but he could drag it on for a long time if he wanted to. Look at Inuyasha.

I think it will be continuing for a long time because the anime is all fillers and still the kakashi gaiden hasnt been been into yet 😔

Even THE LEGENDARY Dragon Ball/z/Gt had to end somwhere at some point.Rurouni Kenshin manga and anime were very popular. From 1 to 64 (I believe) episode anime was rocking and even manga was hit. It should end when Makoto Shishio died, but the author was pleased with acceptance and then he continued with manga and anime got 30 episodes more, which were not as good as previous. I'm very big fan of Kenshin but i think that's the truth.

It could be the same way with Naruto.People will get bored with fighting. Maybe it would be good to see Naruto merry or smt and see Naruto adulthood, his children and more. Fightning is good, i love it, i truly love it, but sometimes it's good to have some peaceful time.

Naruto should end on its peak, when everything will set afire and the animeg33ks will bite their nails,cuz of wanting episodes.

na, 2 years? onother 100 chapters? well maybe, but i support this theory, if not it will be in less then 2 years, wtf, didn´t naruto run for 10 years now?
i hope it won´t be another Kochikame (really how the fuck did this series survived for 30 years...)

Orochimaru as major villain part is done, ended when Sasuke killed him. (For me it kind of ended when Tsunade and Jiraya defeated him). Only thing he done since was seduce/train Sasuke and get pwned by 9-tails and killed by Sasuke. As for Kabuto, he said that he wants to become his own person (thus not sure a body with Orochimaru) and as far as I concerned thats the end of him. The only way he will come back would be a as a "filler" so that Kishimoto might extend Naruto one more time or take a break from his Akatsuki storyline and milk his readers (us) for more money. ......Well, he had done it before, so it is a possibilty..

I hope so.
Then I can finally stop ripping my hair out after reading each released chapter.

i can see him stringing on kabuto-maru after the akatsuki arc, maybe even finish off the other 7 mist swordsmen he hasn't showed yet
