im looking for manga recommendations that contain this kind of scenario:

When the main character (or secondary main ro something to that extent) gets hurt, or seriously injured and there is extreme drama (or just a well portrayed drama) about it.
I don't care if this happens once or twice the a series, or every chapter, it just has to have good drama about it. I HATE series where the people should be shredded to pieces but the barely show any pain or drama-ness coughBLEACHcough

The injuries are more interesting when its a shounen/seinen and the drama gets good when theres some romance, but i would like some recommendations before i start picking any old shounen/seinen romance series using the genre search

Second this... very good manga. From the Mangaka of Vagabond and Slam Dunk.. Also if you haven't read Vagabond that fits your description of Main character getting injured aswell.
