Princess Resurrection - Hime uses different weapons in every episode, such as chainsaw, rapier, axe, flail, baseball bat, chandelier, cue stick, etc.
Yozakura Quartet - the main heroine uses a Lacrosse racket as her weapon, while in the anime she uses a contractible spear.
