I used to be called Milly Molly Mandy (Mills for short) by my mum after some children's books where the main girl was called Amanda but that was her nickname (no idea why). She stopped as i got older though. I was affectionately referred to as Amanda the Panda by my siblings but again we grew out of it. Now everyone just calls me Amanda since I've never been keen on Mandy/Mandi. I've have Manda, Mandz etc etc etc but none of them have stuck. I guess Cuthien could be considered a nickname since it's my online alias but no one in RL refers to me as such.

I have moon unit at work as well because they believe I'm from another planet, lol. It only gets mentioned on odd occasssions though.

The pen is mightier than the sword...and considerably easier to write with.
