Otome games

Otome games have such a draw for me. Super-hyper girly games for girls with lots of pretty boys and flowers and frilliness - although I feel like a huge female stereotype saying so, I really prefer playing in these worlds than ones where I shoot everything to oblivion. It's too bad there aren't many in English yet... 🙁
So what are your favorite otome games? Do you have any information on new releases? What game would you like to have translated?
As for me, the only otome game I've played is Yojinbo, which happens to be just about the only one in English right now. Tycoon games has also put out the game Heileen. I've played the demo version and it's quite good.
Chanced upon this while browsing vndb so I thought I'd just drop it here.

Yes, that's the sort of game that an otome game is. ^^ I want that game so much! I really hope someone translates and releases it soon. Ouran is so popular, it would probably sell well.

I love otome games! 🙂 I've only ever played Yojinbo as well, though. Have you heard of the flash game Other Age? It's fun and has really good art!
An english patch for Starry Sky in Spring recently came out, so you can play that in english... also, one came out for Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side: 1st Love Plus. There are two more patches that I know of in progress- One for Under the Moon and one for Princess Nightmare.

Harvest moon DS Cute
instead of the typical male lead which can marry one of many girls, it has a female lead and you can marry one of the male characters (there is a guy who is not featured in the orginal harvest moon ds, too)
new guy
rock
marlin
and many more
anyways, i hope there´ll be a kuroshitsuji otome game in the near future

I played a bit of RE:Alistair++ and its cute. There's also Date Warp but I haven't played it so I don't know how it is. Both are in english.
Rpgs w/ Otome-ish elements:
There's a new Rune Factory game coming out for PS3 & Wii. It lets you play as a girl or a boy. But I think at some point you are forced to switch. It's likely to get localized since the others did too.
Persona 3 for the PSP lets you play as a girl.
Personally I prefer the Rpg ones. I have to be in a anime watching mood to play the pure visual novels.

i found some on here
the graphics are not the best, but i really enjoyed the wonderland otome game
and i second RE: Alistair++
it´s really cute
I've only played Princess Debut since that's the only English otome game I know. ;_;
I've downloaded a few Japanese otome games in hopes of being able to understand the game without having to look at the speech...but then I realized that the dialogue is important to the game, so no. 🤣
Edit: OH LOL. I didn't know I already replied to this thread. > >

Some tips for installing it would be (Windows 7) to remember to change your system locale to Japan, and to buy the game from a retailer and then apply the patch, as these games tend to have protection against illegal download.
