if that was a serious answer...i dont think people with supernatural healing abilities in the naruto world would die from simple cases like childbirth, and besides thats a corny dialogue to attach to if it was... its possible but for someone who naruto took the family name from, i think she would have been killed in a more epic way, like she was killed by ninetails while defending the village or was killed by an important character....

I'm pretty sure all they state is that he was a neborn....so it could be any period of time that a babay is considered a newborn....however long that is...

I always liked the idea Kushina's labour was induced so they would have a newborn to use, and that's what killed her. Makes it that much more tragic 😛
