Sailor Moon was my first introduction to manga/anime back in like... O.o 4th or 5th grade. First shoujo manga that i actually knew was a manga: I borrowed my friend's first few volumes of Fruits Basket immediately after finishing the anime... or maybe it was Ouran High School Host Club...
