Alright, I gotta ask why Mysterious Girlfriend X is labeled as Seinen, Ecchi, and Supernatural. It doesn't seem like any of those. Where's the supernatural part in it? These kids seem like normal highschoolers. And it may be Ecchi, but it's more Shounen Ecchi than Seinen Ecchi. Can someone explain this to me?

Seinen/Shounen doesn't depend on the content. It has been said here probably a good thousand of times already.
Like chobits and Yotsubato! are both seinen, and neither contain any real amount of nudity/gore/blood what so ever.
The only thing it depends on is serialization. Anything published in a seinen magazine is automaticaly seinen. Nothing can be done about it.

Well the last translated release by Eval Power - the mangaka's author note stated something along the lines of there will be no extreme risque scenes cause the mangaka thinks Japanese teens are too sexually active at a young age. So, someone thought drool/finger sucking was too much or scissor pulling out of undergarments - then bumped it up to seinen.
