Well, since I started the thread I should probably answer too!

Someone once told me that her boyfriend was abusing her, and when I found out that he wasn't and asked her about it again she said "Oh, I was just joking! You take everything so seriously!"
I was like......wtf?? o.O

As for me.... I'm adopted and I don't know my birth parents, so when I was little when people would ask me about them I would make things up about them.
"My parents are rockstars and gave me up so they could play more concerts!"
.....Yeah, I was a strange kid, lol.

The biggest lie I told that I can remember clearly is hat I had a twin. I used to switch between me and the twin 🤣 People ended up going, which one are you?

I also told some people that I'd move far, far away, but it ended up actually happening 😐

Biggest lie told to me was a fake confession (did this actually happen?) which I took seriously because I was very naive at the time 😃

My BIGGEST LIE is when I told my mom that I'm going off to America with a friend when actually, I was travelling on my own to meet my internet friend in California. I lied to her cuz I knew she would be PARANOID if I say I'm going to meet someone from the 'Internet'.

And my second biggest lie is that I'm planning NOT to tell my mom that I'm going off to a volunteering student trip to Eastern Europe this summer cuz she would be EXTREMELY paranoid if I tell her that I'm going off to the orphanages in Bosnia and Romania... O__o;;;

I was told by a person I dated this huge lie "I love you"....I retorted with an even bigger lie "I care deeply for you". The more convincing a lie is, the more cruel the realization of the truth...I don't like to subject anyone to fabricated statements of affection. It's really depressing.

The biggest lie I can remember saying is that I tried to kill myself. Like even last year, I met the final person that still believed that. shocking cause this lie is probably a decade old now. It's cause I have a slash mark across my wrist, and it used to be really noticeable(I fell while playing with my dog and broke a thick glass pan).

Also, not too long ago, I told someone I voted for Mccain. This got them really irritated cause I questioned why she voted for Obama, and told her she was just going with the trends(something she really is prone to do). So we had a big debate arguing Mccain versus Obama(really funny cause I had voted for Obama that very day)

I don't know what big lies people have told me, but they've told me lots of em. I get seriously irritated with liars. I can't stand them. shit ain't funny... Difference between me and them is that I tell people within the hour that I was just joking. I never leave that stuff dangling. Cept for that Obama thing...
