WOW, i just finished reading this series. And i really enjoyed it. I liked the fact the main female was really serious about her "position" but still had feelings for the director. And I liked the fact that the guy was pretty possessive, but still loved her. to be honest, i really enjoyed all the aspects.... so anything like this would be a blessing.

Here's what I'm looking for (and it doesn't need to be all of it, but would be nice if it was close to midnight secretary):
-office/work setting
-vampire male or female lead (not mandatory)
-slowly (or realistic pace) falling in love
-possessive (not mandatory)
-non-stupid lead
-could have intimate (sex) moments... a plus 😛

overall, if anyone could recommend me something like this (or even something new), it would be appreciated.

Uhmm... I can't guarantee settings/titles being similar to Midnight Secretary, but Private Prince has a heroine who is dedicated to her work (research)... though, I don't really like the story so much like Hapi Mari (difference of opinion).

Mitsu Aji Blood i think this is the closest manga similar to midnight secretary i can think of .. it doesnt have office setting , but the male lead is a writer
Kuro Bara Alice and Omae ga Sekai wo Kowashitai nara .... for the darker reads
Orange Marmalade the female lead is the vampire

and man, i really enjoyed Shuukatsu!! - Kimi ni Naitei ... it was really sweet, a bit of a different feeling than Midnight Secretary, but I still liked it... thank you 🙂

Chiyou yo Hana yo - has just about everything you want but the vampire. The tone tends more to the comedic than the erotic. Anata to Senya Ichiya is also about office romance.

If you like that, YOSHIHARA Yuki has other stories with office ladies: Oboretai; the first three shorts in Sheets no Sukima (the last three are much darker and not typical of her style).

She even has a couple of vampire stories, but the girl is the vampire: first two stories in Kuraku Naru Made Matenai. "Sekai wa Futari de Dekite Iru" in Ningyo Ouji is about a succubus.

Midnight Secretary is a pretttyyyy unique Josei manga. After I read it, I was searching for something similar to it too. This is the closest I got:
