Yeah, I want exactly what the the title says 'cause I'm so sick of the statistical impossibility of the guy always having more (usually a ton more) experience than the heroine. Examples:

Some experience but totally clueless with girls:

(And something like the Subaru/Akane relationship would so make my day)
Tsukasa -Hana Yori Dango

Previous girlfriend but nothing serious:
Otani -Lovely Complex
Yoh - Koukou Debut

Can handle girls, but no relationships:
Tamaki - Ouran High School Host Club
Yuki - Fruits Basket

Does not like females:
Kyohei - Perfect Girl Evolution
Kyo - Fruits Basket

One and only type deal ala Kare Kano
kids and therefore hopefully not getting laid like CardCaptor Sakura

Or whatever. My only criteria are that it's shoujo and he's a virgin. He can sleep with the heroine at some point in the manga, but that's about the only exception.
