I have to say Junjou Romantica.
The couples in there are precious! gah~ just love them. 😀
There's an old saying my late grandma taught me. When you're ten, they call you prodigy. When you're fifteen, they call you a genius. Once you hit twenty, you're just an ordinary person. About three years until I'm ordinary. Man... I can't wait to be ordinary.
Definately Akira and Sunaga from Yokan. I love how they push each other in their careers and personal lives, but you can still see how much love there is.

Husky and Medley from Husky and Medley!! It's indescribable how cute their story is. It also makes me happy to hear that they're still together today (waiting for the day Medley gets her wish granted and they elope) 😀 I also love Nene and Jun from Maka-Maka, the best parts being when Jun calls Nene on her birthday and the night she's stuck on the art project. Plus sex is cool 😉

Junjou was my first yaoi, and therefore I am super partial to it!!! So I'll agree with you!
PS: yeah, i know it's a super late entry to this conversation! 😛

Akiyama-kun
Afuresou na Pool
Crows ZERO dj - Borderless
Doushitemo Furetakunai (anything by her, probably...)
Kirai Ja Nai Kedo
Last Client
Only the ring finger knows
Probably more but If I don't remember them, that gotta mean something xD
It's the Art of Time, it's the Art of Life--
Of the player and the craftsman,
Of the writer of songs, of the creator of love,
Of those who will follow, of those who led,
There's no other way in the world ahead ♥

I think characters in manga by Yoshinaga Fumi tend to have really great chemistry — Ichigenme and Sore wo Ittara Oshimai yo (first story) especially stick out in my mind.
If you're willing to tolerate an ongoing series, 10 Dance has a great dynamic too.
