I think the main couple from 1999 Shanghai had a ton of chemistry. Its probably because its a forbidden romance (not the typical 'oh we're both guys' but the 'we're from rival gangs and probably should be killing each other') so the characters have to have a lot of love for one another in order to put up with all the drama. Also, there were a few scenes with when there's literally no dialogue, they just give each other a look and its on. For some reason I think that's super hot.

i second Let Dai
and i'll say the second couple from love mode Naoya and Aoe. well as the plot progresses, it becomes really deep and it's a couple that has gone through a lot so 🙂
