Description
From Shinmakoku Scanlations:

Oosawa had known Yoshioka for a long time... As his customer, Yoshioka came in and out of the shop with different boyfriends all the time. He thought he knew fully well what kind of man Yoshioka was. But when tragedy hit Chizu, his one and only daughter... and his capability as a single father was questioned... Yoshioka came out of nowhere and offered help. I must admit this is one is my favorite Asou Kai manga. It's cute because of the characters' subtle and growing feelings for each other. I also find the lemon good! Nothing like a romantic lemon after a long period of drama! It gives more purpose to it....

I wish more of her works were like this!

I really like this one. The majority of stories I've read have little to no realistic elements- either both guys are super perfect or one is a girl with extra parts- so it was a nice change of pace to read something that could legitimately happen to you or I.

This would be a good yaoi for a beginner. It's not over the top (nothing happens until the second volume anyway), and there are plenty of characters to move the plot.

Honestly, I haven't read something so refreshing in a looooong time.. This manga is like a Spring breeze~ It is calming and just makes me feel so nostalgic to the stories I can never read again.. Heads up! There are people who HATE the presence of a child but I find Chizu 'helpful' in this one!

This manga is nice and easy, the art is very nice too, main characters are also lovely and nice ^__^. Though I might prefer a more intense manga... (maybe i'm just being envious, because I know, I'm not as good in household matters as Oosawa-kun - he is such a good wife, really *^^*)

). So although I did find this story good, I didn't really think it was that realistic. The reason why I gave this a rather high rating was because I could actually feel the time the characters spend together passing. I didn't suddenly asked myself if I had skipped a whole volume and missed the whole development of their relationship. There was no "and then they went though a lot together and now you, the reader, must believe they understand and love each other". It was really pleasant to read this one.

Oh! And Tenchou rules u.u

It was good! I was surprised because I have never read this particular yaoi theme involving a man with a child, and another man. It was a good read. I enjoyed it a lot.
The plot wasn't overly complicated at all (which is good because I just got off a long manga series and didn't want to think too much), but the characters are deep enough to keep things interesting.

I agree with Lillian that it would still be a great manga with OR without the yaoi component.

A very good story. It's true that there are quite a few cliches, but the the cliched plots are carried out much better than other similar yaoi stories. Unlike most yaoi stories, the growth of emotional attachment between the 2 characters are well-developed. The art is also pretty good.

I would recommend it to people who enjoy reading yaoi stories that have deep yet quiet emotional content and realistic development of affection between 2 adults, and do not mind downplayed sex scenes.

It is not for people who prefer hot passion, intense emotional upheavals, and steamy sex.

Wow! I come back so many times to this yaoi manga, the quality is just way too much! The development between the two men is beautiful and worth reading over and over again. I believe that they are falling in love with each other because of how real Sensei Asou Kai made this story feel to me. The daughter adds more sweetness and loveliness to an already sweet story. A very beautiful love story.

Some people are saying that the yaoi part at the end was not necessary which confuses me because the story involves this two falling in love and being a family. It starts from chapter one until the end. The looks they give each other and the small touches adds to this story so the yaoi parts were everywhere... from the start.

Really amazing read. I love this story more than the one it stems from (whose name I can't recall right now). It mostly has to do with the fact that they get to have an actual family with a child. I love how the child is portrayed so realistically. I love the interactions between all the characters and the story had me crying several times. I just love it.

I read this, since the reviews were so great.
But I'm just putting it out there, even though it's cute and well drawn, there's nothing new or special in it. Just a regular, fairly well done series....
