Romance manga of a certain kind

I am looking for something in the slice of life genre. As it says in the post, I want a romance, but no love triangles, harems, etc. A simple relationship between a guy and a girl. I almost forgot, no shoujo, that is important. Well, more specifically, shoujo is ok if it doesn't have typical shoujo art. Specifically, big overly decorated eyes, girly looking men, and sparkly backgrounds are a no no. Also I want it to stick to the main story, or at least most episodes have some relevance to the main story (i.e. develop the romantic relationship). Aside from that, I don't care about the specifics. Actually it doesn't have to be slice of life if all the other requirements are met, but it is preferred. I have read a lot along these lines already, but I am hoping with this post I can find some I missed.

I didn't mean to sound rude. I meant that is exactly the style I'm looking for, but if you want lists, aside from the three mentioned above I have also read:
Love Rome
Bitter Virgin
Ciguatera
Karin
Love Lucky
Lovely Complex
Lucu Lucu
Mahoraba
My Mysterious Girlfriend X
REC
I''s (alittle haremish)
Koi Kaze
Lilim Kiss
Solanin
Suzuka
My Lovely Ghost Kana
Probably a few others I'm forgetting.
I appreciate the help.

Kimi ni Todoke fits your description pretty well. It's a refreshing manga with a simple sweet relationship. ^^

I guess Haru yo, Koi. It has about as many love triangles as I"s though, and I'm uncertain as to how it will actually end. Either way, it is a seinen romance, so you might enjoy it.
It's a bit old school, but Maison Ikkoku is pretty good and it falls vaguely in the category that you want.
By lists I think he's suggesting either making lists or making your lists public (the ones you use to track what you're reading) so we can actually tell without asking, and you don't have to type everything out over and over. Doesn't hugely matter though, I suppose.
EDIT: Oh, I forgot. From the list you put up, Pastel should fit in too.

NightSwan also said that she wanted to peg me, once, but I'm not sure whether to take that as a compliment or a threat...

Well, you can try Nana even though it's shojo (the anime was listed as Josei on wiki though)
Also, another Josei to look into is Spicy Pink. It's actually pretty good artwork.
Others that I recommend are
Basilisk
Beck
Chobits
and Kagen no Tsuki (even though it's shojo)
