It's been a while since I make a list. Here goes:

1. Hayate the Combat Butler (You wont regret this. Seriously!)
2. Love College (Learn how to be a pervert)
3. Sket Dance (Lets become a Samaritan!)
4. Sakuratetsu Taiwahen (I almost died of laughter when I read this)
5. FLCL (The most strangest comedy I've ever read)
6. The Hating Girl (The artwork is so-so but superb comedy)
7. Love Roma (Same comment as above)
8. Genshiken (Kind of fit what you want)
9. Akuma Jiten (I wonder how did the main character can withstand those crazy girls?)

Lastly...

10. Angel Densetsu (This is my favorite from this genre. Really2 hilarious! 15 volumes full of misunderstandings n lead to disaster that will twist your stomach!)
